母公司靖江展达巾被有限公司，是一九九三年与加拿大纺织品销售公司合资成立的有自营出口权的股份制企业，2004年成立子公司――－发达巾被有限公司，加拿大独资，注册资本10万美元，年生产各种针棉织品500多吨，产品主要销往美国、欧盟、独连体、澳大利亚、加拿大、日本等国。现有职工626人，拥有各种梭织机84台、箭杆织机30台及与之配套的前后道加工设备。
